ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ORDERS. Any questions or concerns please email us villainsuntold@gmail.com. You must notify us within 7 days regarding any issues with the items you received. Concerns regarding items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item in your email.

Orders can take up to 5-10 business days to process and pack. This time is separate from the actual shipping time. Ensuring all your information is correct before placing your order will reduce possible shipping issues. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input during the order process. Please enter your shipping and billing address in english to ensure delivery of your order.
